Blair Williams is a stage, screen, and voice actor based in Toronto who has always had fun with his voice.

 

Growing up in North Bay without a TV, vinyl records and radio introduced Blair to the joys of voice acting and story telling, a passion that lead him quickly to the stage through Christmas pageants, musicals and drama festivals.

 

After graduating from Canada’s National Theatre School, Blair joined the Shaw Festival, where he appeared in more than thirty productions, and began his directing career  (“As auspicious a directorial debut as I can remember,” wrote Robert Cushman in the National Post)

Though the vast part of his professional life has been spent on stages, Blair has recently adventured into work on the screen and in front of a microphone – he is the voice of Mr. Porter on the hit series Paw Patrol, and Uncle Phil on Teletoon’s Wishfart.

 

Recent TV credits include The Romanoffs, Suits, Designated Survivor, Murdoch Mysteries, Reign, and Dark Matter.
